This is an awesome 2nd stage liniment that's neutral in temperature.  It's constructed primarily with herbs that move blood, and relax the sinews. It's great at helping with minor aches + pains (ha!) as they crop up that aren't from any major injury and don't tend to respond heat or cooling.

Liniments are easy to use and apply and have long shelf life, especially if stored in a cool dark place (like your medicine cabinet!).  I like to spend a couple minutes rubbing the liniment into my muscles, applying *light* pressure with my fingers and a quick back and forth movement.  Once the initial application has been rubbed in, add a bit more and repeat!  You'll find what works for you.

Ingredients:  organic alcohol infused with San qi (notoginseng radix), Hong hua (safflower), Mo yao (myrrh), Ru xiang (frankincense), Dang gui wei (angelica sinensis rootlets), Shen jin cao (lycopodii herba), Wei ling xian (clematis root), Jiang huang (turmeric), Da huang (rhubarb root), Wu shao she (zaocys)*, Zhang nao (camphor)

// This product contains animal products.  If that is something you do not agree with, please do not purchase this product.  There is a long lineage of using animals for healing practices in many cultures and this liniment comes from one of those lines.  Wu shao she is a type of black snake that is used here for it's ability to strongly unblock the channels and dispel wind + damp.  I don't take the death of animals for human use lightly and spent a lot of time researching this herb and finding a thoughtful source from which to purchase it from.
