A very cold liniment for 1st stage trauma
This is a very cold blend of herbs that clear heat, alleviate pain and move blood. It's a 1st stage trauma formulation that is supportive during the initial stages of acute trauma. It can be used for things like sprains, strains or bruises to help clear heat and move blood. Do not apply to mucus membranes, open wounds, cuts, or abrasions. Trauma Liniment a great follow-up to use after Herbal Ice when swelling has subsided but there's still residual heat and minor pain present.
Liniments are easy to use and apply and have long shelf life, especially if stored in a cool dark place (like your medicine cabinet!). I like to spend a couple minutes rubbing the liniment into my muscles, applying *light* pressure with my fingers and a quick back and forth movement. Once the initial application has been rubbed in, add a bit more and repeat! You'll find what works for you.
Indgredients: alcohol extraction of da huang (rhubarb root), zhi zi (gardenia seed pods), hong hua (safflower), huang bai (phellodendron bark), mo yao (myrrh), ru xiang (frakincense), xue jie (dragons blood), lu lu tong (sweet gum fruit), dang gui wei (tang kuei rootlets).
// Please avoid using this liniment if you are pregnant or suspect pregnancy.
// For external use only
If you experience any skin irritation, please discontinue use. Please remember to recycle or reuse your container when your liniment is gone!
