I don't know about where you live, but here in Northeast Iowa it's time for mulled apple cider!  I love the intricate aroma of mulling spices as they infuse warm apple cider and this year I decided to create my own mulling blend, using a fairly traditional recipe and adding a couple of my favorite herbs to it!  Enjoy creating and sipping on your very own Palo Santo Mulled Apple Cider!!
